Wood Melbourne were very excited to take part in this year's DesignEx show, held in Sydney this year. Hello to all the friendly people we met who visited our display! We unofficially launched our new products, the Otis shower head (pictured above in brass and reclaimed Blackbutt timber) and the Ollie timber taps (pictured above in reclaimed Blackbutt, as part of our DesignEx stand). These new items will be available online soon and are on display in the soon-to-be-opened showroom. Early enquiries welcome!
We were honoured to be invited to exhibit in the curated Nest14 section of DesignEx, alongside upcoming designers from around the country - we could've happily taken home lots of the beautiful homewares that were on show. We especially loved the simple, creative and functional Fold Theory portable seats, so cool.
We love timber and we love Melbourne but who doesn't love a few days in Sydney? Let's be honest, it's a beautiful city and with a late, late summer and the added excitement of the Vivid festival setting the city into larger than life colour, we had a fantastic time - thanks for having us Sydney and DesignEx!
